I sold my house to Matt and Bill in April 2020 and it was a painless transaction. I didn’t have to deal with any real estate agents or strangers walking through my house. I was looking to move out of state and hated the idea of fixing my house up and dealing with a real estate agent or open houses. We had a triplex that was neglected by the tenants and we couldn’t manage the issues from Arizona anymore. After we had to evict one of the tenants, we drove out to see the unit and it was absolutely trashed, we were very frustrated at the prospect of fixing up the property ourselves. We had retired to Arizona and just wanted to cash this investment out and be done with the headaches of being an out of state landlord. Matt and Bill worked with us and bought the property in a quick transaction and even took the headache of dealing with the remaining tenants in the other two units off our plate.
